Surveying

Reviews Tract, Parcel, and Record-of-Survey maps to comply with California State Law and Local Ordinance. Write Legal Descriptions for our own and other departments. Perform field surveys for our own and other County departments.

Building Inspection

The Building Inspection Division has one primary focus, Public Safety. The individual services BID provides are all in place to serve a specific role in securing public safety. The Permit process is a crucial component to our success in that endeavor. While we will never sacrifice safety for ease, we will continue to make our processes more efficient for the public to obtain the proper permits for their planned structures.

Code Compliance

Enforces County Zoning, Substandard Buildings and public nuisance regulations.
